The Holiday farm “Arcobaleno della Torretta” is situated in panoramic position at 450 meters sea level, it’s formed by a building dates back to the first periods of 1900, once the ground floor was used as animals shelter and business products, while the first floor was a modest apartment.
The apartments can also be rented as a group, depending on your needs: the ideal solution for families or friends who want to spend their holidays together maintaining their privacy.
Thanks to the latest renovation, our farmhouse offers seven independent apartments, with 25 beds available. Each apartment, overlooking the big garden, has independent heating and air conditioning, and a living room with a kitchenette.
The works have been realized with great care of details, harmonizing the materials to the existing features and valorizing characteristic elements of the rural residences.
The particular position allows the guests to appreciate the surrounding environment and the quiet of the area despite it’s situated round the corner of the residential complex of Macciano.
The farm holidays extends for a surface of 14 hectares, and there grow usually lawns, cereals and olives. The surrounding area of building is available to guests, the garden is enlarged with different arboreal varieties, secular olive trees dominate the scene, the lawn is tooled with chairs and solarium, a small barbecue and it is in expectation the realization of a swimming pool.
The structure is equipped with vast parking lot and areas of open spaces in observance of laws in force. Thanks to the characteristics of the Umbrian country, in degree to satisfy the requirements of tourists in all seasons; the farm holidays is opened all year round.
